Blessed Sunlight
Doubly blessed. Blessing #1: I get to photograph beautiful interiors. Blessing #2: Sometimes the sun cooperates and lands just where I want. For those interested; primary light is ambient with fill provided by one Alien Bee and a few speedlights. The kitchen was a bit of a challenge with black cabinets. The thing to remember is that you don’t ‘light’ black. You place strategic reflections on it.
Absolutely amazing interiors (I would move immediately 🙂 ) and excellent photos with superb light.
since i am lookin for a new home in zurich, interior and decoration ideas i enjoy your sights on american indoor architecture. it’s quite different to what is typical nowadays in western europe and what i prefer, but it is interesting to watch anyway. especially because of the light painting technique. the enlightenment of every little detail make these pictures a kind of artificial and naturally inviting at the same time. miss you at aminus3. have a nice sunday, larry.
Very professional interior shots, love the styling as well:-)
Oh, Larry I wish you could come photograph our light and airy and usually sun filled home in the Oakland hills! Seriously, if you arecever out this way, let’s talk! I have tried to no avail, you do it so well!
Stunning work. These are glorious spaces.
beautiful light indeed! you are so perfect with every detail. amazing work Larry!
Very nice indeed! I assume you used your tilt shift lens—if so, it worked beautifully. Each room looks welcoming, and the light is just right for the natural look which I personally prefer. One wants to walk in and enjoy the spaces.
