The Flowers of Chanticleer
I’m not very good at flower ID. I much rather enter the garden looking at shape, color, geometry, and of course how they interact with light. So, except for the blue hydrangea, I can’t supply names. For those interested in photo technique … I can tell you that all of the closeups were shot with the 90mm tilt/shift, wide open at 2.8, and with tilt adjusted for the desired point of focus. This first shot, which is one of my favorites, has no additional processing effects. Adjusted for tone and a slight crop off the top for better balance and that’s it. Love the 90 T/S.
I’m enjoying your Chanticleer photos.
