Always a pleasure to shoot for Charter Homes here in Lancaster. Their attention to design detail is simply amazing and their models are staged to perfection. Above is a window seat just inside the front door and below a room which they call ‘The Spot’. A convenient space connecting the garage (to the left), main house (to the right), and of course the patio in the foreground, shown here as a potting shed.
