Painted with flash. Two Nikon SB-80’s on a pole controlled by Pocket Wizard Plus III’s. I took a plastic shopping bag along, filled it with rocks, and hung it from center post of the tripod to create a solid platform and then used camera LCD to review the images. The final image is made up of 17 different image layers and touching the camera (carefully) while shooting caused no problem with registration.
